BabyGirl’s Family
BabyGirl’s family has been extensive and wonderful – and as much as we would love to have our precious babies forever, I am saddened to say the losses of her family has been heartwrenching. BabyGirl gave me 1 daughter and 2 sons and of this writing (June 3 2019) I have one of her sons still with me – Traylor who just turned 12 in April 2019

My Dear Shani, (BabyGirl’s Mommy) left me this morning and crossed Rainbow’s Bridge- she was 16 yrs old. She slept on my kitchen floor last night , I did bring BabyGirl in for a bit to visit with mom and let her smell what was happening. BabyGirl thinks her mama hangs the moon, and I was always SO worried what would ever happen to my Blessed BabyGirl when her mom passed- but in the last weeks BabyGirl must have known as she has not been such a stick me tight to her mom as she has always been before. She did however sleep on the porch with her mom Easter night. Shani leaves behind BabyGirl, Babygirl’s twin sister, Bubbles and her little girl from last year- Blessing. And a myriad of grandchildren. She will be sorely missed as she was a matriarch of the angora yard for years. Shani was a cashgora goat whom I got from a neighbor back in Arizona.

Feb 16, 2010. My heart aches as we say goodbye to Bubbles, BabyGirl’s twin sister – She had a bad case of pneumonia and I just could not pull her out of it. She will be missed. Rest in Peace Sweet Bubbles. You were so lonely after you lost your mama, I think you lost your will to live. We will take care of your children.
2016 just kept getting worse for losses – I know , all animals must go to cross Rainbow’s Bridge, 2016 was not a good year – we all have them
Mijo was just too young to go, he was only 11 years old – Another victim of the late winter pneumonia.. when the weather got hot (January Thaw) and then back to cold, he just could not push past it :'(

And one of THE most pitiful sites I have witnessed was his best friend (Sebastian) laying on his grave day in and day out for over a month after his passing. That Just broke my heart
Sabrina was almost 15 when we lost her, she won her battle with that horrid pneumonia or so we thought until she had a relapse in the hot humid spring –
Sabrina would have been 15 years old in 5 months, had she lived.

The loss of Shelbie (Sabrina’s daughter and BabyGirl’s Grand-daughter came as somewhat of a shock,
she was traumatized by fireworks that July 4th and never quite recovered.
